* guix.scm: Delete.
* build-aux/guix-env: Likewise.
* build-aux/guix.scm: New file.
* configure.ac (AC_REQUIRE_AUX_FILE): Distribute it.

* bin/cuirass.in (%options): Add 'specifications' option.
(main): Use it instead of the non-option command line arguments.
