WIP: Work towards SMS replies / canned replies, round 2

- parse the reply string in PebbleProtocol
- put replies into GBDeviceEvents
- display a toast in AbstractDeviceSupport, containing the reply

THIS STILL DOES NOT DO ANYTHING USEFUL
