Implement special value 'current' for output. (#2483)
This commit introduces the special 'current' value for outputs in both of
* move con to output current
* move workspace to output current
fixes #2357

tests: t/504: ensure cursor position
Otherwise, the cursor might be at (1025, 0) due to previous testcases
and we wouldn’t start up on the correct workspace.

Implement fake-outputs option (cmdline, cfg) for multi-monitor testing
This kills the dependency on xdmx and makes the testsuite simpler
and more flexible (in the output sizes / configurations).
