gexp: 'local-file' now defaults to non-recursive.

* guix/gexp.scm (local-file): Change #:recursive? to default to #f.
* tests/gexp.scm ("one local file", "gexp->derivation, local-file"): Adjust
  calls to 'add-to-store' and 'interned-file' accordingly.
