gnu: redland: Propagate input.

* gnu/packages/rdf.scm (redland): Move rasqal from 'inputs' to
  'propagated-inputs'.
* gnu/packages/rdf.scm (soprano): Drop input rasqal.
* gnu/packages/audio.scm (ardour-3): Drop inputs rasqal and raptor2.
