gnu: gnome-shell: Remove references to Inkscape and more.

The reference to Inkscape was introduced in commit
45fef894eb.

* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (gnome-shell)[arguments]: Add
 #:disallowed-references and #:modules.  Replace the 'glib-or-gtk-wrap'
 phase.
