gnu: ncbi-vdb: Use "i386" instead of "i686" in directory name.

* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (ncbi-vdb)[arguments]: Copy libraries from
  "linux/gcc/i386" directory instead of "linux/gcc/i686" when building on
  i686.
