nar: Access the database instead of connecting to the daemon.

* guix/store/database.scm (%default-database-file): New variable.
(path-id): Export.
* guix/nar.scm (finalize-store-file): Use 'with-database' instead of
'with-store', and use 'path-id' instead of 'valid-path?'.
