gnu: musescore: Fix build against Qt 5.11.

* gnu/packages/music.scm (musescore)[arguments]: Remove Webkit support, since
  it is replaced with Qt WebEngine in Qt 5.11.  Add missing include line.
[inputs]: Remove "qtwekbit".
