compile: Fix race condition on completion progress.

This prevent a race condition where multiple compilation threads could report
the same progress.

* guix/build/compile.scm (compile-files)<completed>: Rename to...
<progress>: ...this.  Increment in same mutex region as the compilation is
reported.
