gnu: ffmpeg: Don't use patchelf.

* gnu/packages/video.scm (ffmpeg)[inputs]: Remove patchelf.
  [arguments]: Remove #:modules, #:imported-modules and 'add-lib-to-runpath
  phase.  Pass '--extra-ldflags=-Wl,-rpath=$libdir' to `configure'.
