gnu: xf86-input-synaptics: Update to 1.8.1.

* gnu/packages/patches/xf86-input-synaptics-glibc-2.20.patch: Remove.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
* gnu/packages/xorg.scm (xf86-input-synaptics): Update to 1.8.1.
  Remove patch.  Add libevdev to inputs.
