gnu: java-aqute-libg: Enable tests.
* gnu/packages/java.scm (java-aqute-libg)[arguments]: Remove #:source-dir and #:tests?, add #:phases 'chdir and 'create-test-directory. [native-inputs]: Add java-hamcrest-core and java-junit.
