gnu: gcc: Clean up inputs. 

* gnu/packages/gcc.scm (gcc@4.7)[inputs]: Remove isl, cloog.
(gcc@4.8)[inputs]: Add isl, cloog.
(gcc@6)[inputs]: Remove cloog.
