substitute: Gracefully handle invalid store file names.

Before, something like:

  echo have /gnu/foo | ./test-env guix substitute --query

would lead to an ugly backtrace.

* guix/scripts/substitute.scm (narinfo-cache-file): Call 'leave' when
'store-hash-part' returns #f.
