* gnu/packages/patches/quassel-fix-tls-check.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/irc.scm (quassel)[source]: Use it.

+The check in qglobal.h requires -fPIC (not -fPIE as it is now). When this check
+fails SSL / TLS is disabled.
