* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
* gnu/packages/vim.scm (vim, vim-full): Update to 8.0.0494.
[source]: Remove patch.
(vim-full)[arguments]: Add two phases to drop tests and start xorg.
