gexp: Remove #:pre-load-modules? parameter.
* guix/gexp.scm (gexp->derivation): Remove #:pre-load-modules?. (compiled-modules): Likewise. Inline the case correspoding to PRE-LOAD-MODULES? = #t. * guix/packages.scm (patch-and-repack): Remove #:pre-load-modules?.
