gnu: python-matplotlib: Update comments.

* gnu/packages/python.scm (python-matplotlib): Update comments as, with the
  patched 'gobject-introspection', setting LD_LIBRARY_PATH at run time is not
  anymore necessary.  It's still necessary at build time.
