gnu: xpra: Fix paths.

* gnu/packages/xorg.scm (xpra): [arguments]: Add '--without-opengl',
'--without-Xdummy' and '--without-Xdummy-wrapper' to #:configure-flags. Add
substitutions to #phases for proper paths.
