gnu: linux-initrd: Allow the root file system to be volatile.

* gnu/system/linux-initrd.scm (qemu-initrd): Add 'volatile-root?'
  parameter.
* guix/build/linux-initrd.scm (boot-system): Likewise.  Honor it.
