* gnu/packages/texinfo.scm (texinfo)[native-inputs]: Add procps.
  (texinfo-5, texinfo-4)[native-inputs]: Override to be empty.
* gnu/packages/commencement.scm (texinfo-boot0)[texinfo]: Override
  native-inputs to be empty.
