gnu: agda-ial: Fetch source from Git.

This addresses a 'guix lint' warning.

* gnu/packages/agda.scm (agda-ial)[source]: Change to use 'git-fetch'.
[arguments]: Change 'install phase accordingly; adjust its 'find-files'
regexp.
