linux-initrd: Add USB kernel modules to the default initrd.

* gnu/system/linux-initrd.scm (base-initrd)[linux-modules]: Add
  usb-storage, uas, usbkbd, and usbhid.
* gnu/system/vm.scm (system-disk-image): Remove #:extra-modules argument
  to 'base-initrd'.
