* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (gusb): Update to 0.3.0.
[source](uri): Adjust tarball name.
[build-system]: Switch to MESON-BUILD-SYSTEM.
[native-inputs]: Remove AUTOCONF, AUTOMAKE and LIBTOOL.
[arguments]: Remove #:phases.
