derivation: Move sorting code to `write-derivation'.

* guix/derivations.scm (write-derivation): Sorte OUTPUTS, INPUTS,
  SOURCES, and ENV-VARS alphabetically.
  (derivation-hash): Leave INPUTS, SOURCES, and OUTPUTS unsorted.
  (derivation)[env-vars-with-empty-outputs]: Leave ENV-VARS unsorted.
