records: define-record-type*: Field bindings are bound with 'let*'.

* guix/records.scm (define-record-type*): Wrap field bindings in a
  'let*', not in a 'letrec*', which turned out to be pointlessly
  inconvenient.
* tests/records.scm: Adjust test names accordingly.
