services: cups: Rename ‘retry-this-job’ to ‘retry-current-job’. 

* gnu/services/cups.scm (error-policy, cups-configuration): Substitute
RETRY-CURRENT-JOB for the obsolete RETRY-THIS-JOB name of this policy.
* doc/guix.texi (Printing Services): Likewise.
