gnu: libxklavier: Update to 5.4.

* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (libxklavier): Update to 5.4.
[source] Switch to git source.
[arguments] Add no-configure phase. Disable xmodmap in #:configure-flags.
[inputs] Add which, intltool, gtk-doc, which, automake, autoconf and libtool.
