gnu: gcc@6: Fix building with glibc@2.26.

* gnu/packages/gcc.scm (gcc@6)[source]: Add snippet to adjust
linux-unwind.h to changes in glibc@2.26.  Add patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/gcc-libsanitizer-fix.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
