grafts: Record metadata as derivation properties.

* guix/grafts.scm (graft-derivation/shallow): Pass #:properties to
'build-expression->derivation'.
* tests/grafts.scm ("graft-derivation, grafted item is a direct
dependency"): Check the value returned by 'derivation-properties'.
