vm: Do not mount /xchg with "cache=loose".
Fixes <https://bugs.gnu.org/33639>. * gnu/system/vm.scm (%linux-vm-file-systems): Remove "cache=loose" for /xchg. (system-docker-image): Remove 'sync' call, now unneeded, and which was probably insufficient.
