gnu: findutils: Use /var as the localstatedir, for 'updatedb'.

* gnu/packages/patches/findutils-localstatedir.patch: New file.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/base.scm (findutils)[source]: Use it.
  [arguments]: Pass --localstatedir=/var.
