Subject: [PATCH] install: Reset the mtimes of all the files in the binary
 tarball.

* gnu/system/install.scm (self-contained-tarball): Pass "--mtime=@0".  The
  only files whose mtime was not already were those in /var/guix and
  /gnu/store/.links.
