refresh: Report packages using the "@" syntax.
* guix/scripts/refresh.scm (list-dependents)[full-name]: New procedure. Use 'full-name' instead of 'package-full-name'. * doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix refresh): Adjust example accordingly.
