Add a `guile-for-build' parameter to `build-expression->derivation'.

* guix/derivations.scm (%guile-for-build): Use `nixpkgs-derivation*'
  instead of `nixpkgs-derivation'.
  (build-expression->derivation): New `guile-for-build' keyword
  parameter.  Use it.
