* guix/ui.scm (program-name, guix-warning-port): New variables.
  (warning): New macro.
  (guix-main): Parametrize PROGRAM-NAME.
* guix/scripts/build.scm, guix/scripts/download.scm,
  guix/scripts/gc.scm, guix/scripts/package.scm: Adjust to use `leave'
  and `warning' consistently.
