gnu: Add basic support for riscv64-linux-gnu targets. 

* gnu/packages/bootstrap.scm (glibc-dynamic-linker): Add
"riscv64-linux".
* gnu/packages/linux.scm (system->linux-architecture): Add "riscv"
prefix.
