gnu: wicd: Fix curses client to work with urwid 1.3.

* gnu/packages/patches/wicd-urwid-1.3.patch: New file.
* gnu-system (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/wicd.scm (wicd): Add patch.
