gnu: cppunit: Update to 1.14.0. 

* gnu/packages/check.scm (cppunit): Update to 1.14.0.
(cppunit-1.14): Remove variable.
* gnu/packages/libreoffice.scm (libreoffice)[inputs]: Change CPPUNIT-1.14 to CPPUNIT.
