gnu: gcc: Do not add -rpath=LIBDIR/lib64 to the "lib" spec. 

* gnu/packages/gcc.scm (gcc-4.7): Remove unneeded LIBDIR/lib64 from
  GNU_USER_TARGET_LIB_SPEC.
