lint: Correctly internationalize warning messages. 

* guix/scripts/lint.scm (emit-warning): Remove '_' call for format
  string.
  (check-description-style, check-inputs-should-be-native,
  check-synopsis-style, check-patches, check-gnu-synopsis+description):
  Wrap message in (_ ...).
