gnu: Remove package/inherit from commencement. 

This is a follow-up to several security grafts.

* gnu/packages/commencement.scm (file-boot0, glibc-final,
glibc-final-with-bootstrap-bash): Use '(package (inherit ...)'
in place of '(package/inherit'.
