gnu: lrcalc: Add a patch for identifying include files.

* gnu/packages/patches/lrcalc-includes.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/algebra.scm (lrcalc): Use patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register patch.
