guix: node-build-system: Use guile-json instead of a custom parser.

* guix/build/json.scm: Remove file.
* Makefile.am: Remove it.
* guix/build/node-build-system.scm: Use (json parser) instead of (guix build json).
* guix/build-system/node.scm: Idem.
