gnu: glibc: Build the Info pages.
* gnu/packages/base.scm (glibc): Add 'native-inputs' field. (perl-boot0): New variable. (linux-libre-headers-boot0): Use it. (texinfo-boot0): New variable. (glibc-final-with-bootstrap-bash): Add 'native-inputs' field.
