gnu: module-init-tools: Handle $LINUX_MODULE_DIRECTORY without trailing slash.

Fixes <http://bugs.gnu.org/18068>.

* gnu/packages/patches/module-init-tools-moduledir.patch: Adjust to deal
  with the lack of a trailing slash.
