gnu: Remove GCJ.

* gnu/packages/patches/gcj-arm-mode.patch: Remove file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Delete it.
* gnu/packages/gcc.scm (javac.in, gcj, ecj-bootstrap): Remove variables.
