gnu: gcc: Improve dynamic linker patching code.

* gnu/packages/gcc.scm (gcc-4.7): Join multi-line definitions of
  GLIBC_DYNAMIC_LINKER* before attempting substitutions.
  (gcc-4.9)[arguments]: Remove arguments override.
