tests: Add system installation test.

* gnu/tests.scm (define-os-with-source): New macro.
* gnu/tests/install.scm: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Add it.
* build-aux/run-system-tests.scm (%system-tests): Likewise.
